Question by SUMMER: My friend just sent me an email?????
I always email my guy friend that lives in Oklahoma and tell him almost anything I even told him when i got a boyfriend. But i just emailed him last week and today i got an email from him saying “I feel sorry for your boyfriend. just kidding.” at the end of the email he said “Infact I was about to ask out before we left.” Does this mean he likes me or not. He has never liked me before and even when he did live here he didn’t like me. Just answer this short ? and I will be very, very happy.

Yes he does like you. If he told you he was going to ask you out, then obviously he cares about you.

He probably does like you then. why else woudl he tell you that? you should just email him back and say “well then why didn’t you??” and see what he says!

Yes, he likes you, but you should give that a lot of thought. Sometimes things get confusing with friends though – We start wondering if someone else saw something we missed when they find a bf/gf.

Sounds like he indeed is in “deep” like with you.
If he meant before he moved to Oklahoma, then there are 2 options: 1) He used to like you before he left; and 2) He still likes you and feels a little jealous about your new b/f… I think your best bet would be to just ask for clarification! If he says no you guys can just laugh it off. If he says yes… well, then thats up to you! Good luck!
Ok, with the way you said he “lives in Oklahoma”, then I am assuming you live far apart. He possibly likes you, yes, but there is also a possibility that he just doesn’t want any one else to have you. You are his friend and it might upset him that you will be growing closer to some one else and spending more time w/ someone else therefore, less time w/ him.
That being said, I would continue on with your friendship if you can, but only a friendship, and save “romance” for something a little closer to home.
