I think the people in anime Tokyo are just really dense. If they can’t notice a giant circus tent right smack-dab in the middle of their town then I don’t think they even have a CHANCE of figuring out who Chibi Moon and Sailor Moon are.

hm… it’s surprising how no one can figure out that chibiusa and usagi are sailor moon and chibi moon. i mean who else in town has pink hair and blond hair that are styled that way?
I still do think Hawk’s-eye is cute in this episode however, the heels and bell-bottoms aren’t my favourite…
They think that Fish-eye is strange but Hawk’s eye is wearing heels and tights himself!! OI!
