This is an extract from the 13 part documentary series I shot. This clip is from an episode that told the story of Eric from Bloemfontein. He being pretty poor had the added misfortune of becoming paralyzed in a car accident. When his condition was made known his pregnant girlfriend left him and later left their baby in his care. It was quite something watching this man taking care of his 2 year old, as a poor,single parent, from his wheelchair. Nonetheless, his daughter is the joy of his life and he is currently working and furthering his studies.
