   If a person claims he or she would never cheat again than why did they cheat in the first place?

    Both. I believe that everybody is capable of change. Something could happen in their life that makes them realize whats important and grow up and stop cheating. I ve seen it happen PLENTY of times…especially with guys. But at the same time…if they are known to be a cheater then they need to have a SUBSTANNTIAL amount of time to prove that theyve changed
