this idea is borrowed from the show scrubs– it’s kind of extreme but if you’re willing to do ANYTHING this would probably make an impression on her.
Talk to a male friend of yours and plan a time where he will be talking to your girlfriend sometime in school. Go up to the two of them, and out of the blue, kiss your male friend straight on the lips. (Tell him that this is going to happen obviously). Make it a long-ish kiss but no tongue or anything like that, but more than a peck. Then say “that was what kissing *ex-gf’sname* was like… it was nothing.” Then go up to your girlfriend and kiss her passionately with a lot of tongue/touching/etc and when you’re done pull back and say “and that’s what kissing you is like…perfect. I’m so sorry I hurt you, but it was nothing, etc etc.”
Or, if you don’t want to do that, you could write her a long, hand-written, honest letter telling her how you feel about her and how sorry you are for what happened. Say lots of mushy stuff, girls always love that even if they say that they don’t.
You’re probably going to have to jump through hoops for a little while to make her trust you again, but if she’s worth it to you, you should be glad to do it.

I’m a guy so i’ll tell you what i think from a guy perspective. The most important thing is to apologize now! the sooner you do it, the sooner she’ll forgive you. Also, if it were me, I wouldn’t want a crazy
apology right away. call her NOW and explain what happened. Tell her how much she means to you and how much you love her and how sorry you are. Then ask to see her, if she says yes, try to basically repeat what i just told you, look her in the eye and SHOW HER THAT YOU LOVE HER. We all make mistakes, and i think that if you do this she’ll come to understand. Then after she forgives you, take her out for a nice dinner or buy her a nice gift of something to smooth things over. That should take care of this.
