my spouse does alot of sneaking around and i cannot catch him i have been informned by others that he is cheating but am i just too blind to see this he hides his cell phone daily or locked phone what can i do i know if he is im gone but i want to listen on to his calls and there is software forthis but it costs alot of money can you give me info on this thanks broken hearted joanne

Hire a private investigator.
Or test him out by saying “Don’t think I don’t know what you’re doing” with a stern look.
And see his reaction.

All I can say is not to play this game with him. If you know he cheating from people you can trust and really have your best interest at heart and have seen them with their own eyes or have proof of it. Then I think you should just out rightly confront him about it. Tell him that your witnesses have proof and that you want a divorce. Cause if you end up playing this snooping game you are only going to turn into a person that you normally aren’t and when you do find something you are going to be even more emotionally devastated. So instead of playing his game, just put your foot down about what you know and take legal action. I know it is going to be tough and hard to do. But you shouldn’t have to go through the whole act of snooping on him and being even more heart broken and upset over a man that is no longer being faithful to you.
You can get a hand held gps device that records where it is every minute. Then leave it in his car recording wherever it goes. Retrieve it a couple days later and presto, you know where his car has been for the past couple of days.
You can also look into what’s available to parents to keep track of their children.
Just follow him for few days… and catch him red handed… u better rent a car with tinted windows and also ask for help from someone who you can really trust…

As a licensed private investigator who works these case all the time, I can tell you that you have identified three different signs of cheating.
1. Sneaking (unaccounted for blocks of time – minor warning sign)
2. Informed by others he is cheating (bigger warning sign but you must consider informant’s motive)
3. Hides cell phone or locks it (Huge Warning Sign – sorry)
Unless you live in a state where you need video proof for a divorce, and of course IF that is what you’re thinking about doing, do you really need to “see” something before you start to figure out what to do about it?
Installing software on phones you own, and that are in your name, and are being used by your minor children is one thing, but listening to you husband’s calls on “his” phone could get you in trouble. Its best to talk to an attorney about this, but I know that costs money.
Of course if you’re paying the bills you can check the cell phone bills for lots of calls to numbers you don’t know. You may be able to log into your cell phone account online and check calls that way.
Talk to the people who told you about his cheating, and get as much info about the who, when, how, and where as you can. You can then borrow a friend’s car (who he does not know of course) and follow him.
Don’t forget about searching his car.
