I suppose I didn’t mention that I want nothing to do with this child, nor her mother. I have two girls from a previous relationship and I don’t want this tainted girl or her crappy family in my life. I want to know what options I have legally to never have to deal with it.
You probably should contact an attorney wherever you live and ask him what your state’s options are. My ex gave up total custody and all rights to my son when my son was 4 years old (as he was getting remarried and wanted to start his “new” life). He did it, so I guess there is a way.
this question needs a lot of clarification. are you married to her? how are you connected to her legally? do you have a baby with her?
