  1. Have you tried talking to your parents or any family members who could maybe help you out financially or give you a loan? If your husband ruined your credit and you can’t refinance you are in a bit of a jam. See if your family can help you out.
You can try talking to a lawyer about what you can do regarding your divorce and your financial situation. You may be able to get alimony and you should be able to get child support.

  2. Your best bet is to contact your local domestic violence office for counseling. Then get and appointment for legal aid for a lawyer, domestic violence should have all the information you need. They are usually listed in the white pages. Good luck above all hang in there remember one thing karma is a bitch!

  3. Ok, first things first. If you don’t already have one, you need to get a job. Then you need to look around your community, and locate the public assistants office. They can provide legal counsicling for needy families. They may be able to do the divorce for free. When you sue your husband for a divorce you can ask for him to pay the court cost, plus you would be well advised to ask for alimony and child support. Also I would ask for him to continue to make the house payments for you and your daughter. The court systems in the U.S. are geared towards the female and mother. So you really have a good chance to get all that your asking for, maybe more. The fact that you had him removed from the home is also in your favor. The judge will look closely at this. You can usually locate public assistance in the phone book, or just call a local attorney and they can provide you with the number. Hope this helps. If, so please choose this as best answer, I need the points. Have a great day.

  4. In many situations like yours a church and some church organizations will offer financial assistance and other help if you are willing to ask or poke around. Do what you can on your own to help out like having a garage sale, have your daughter if she’s old enough help with making extra money babysitting, or helping out others in your neighborhood for small amounts of extra money. You be surprised how children can help you get through something like this and how helpful neighbors and friends can be when they know you are in need. Remember that when one door closes…God will open another. Good luck.
