I’m so scared. My husband left me at the beginning of my pregnancy… and I’m so scared to be a single mom. I mean obviously the first 6 weeks or so I’ll be off work… but after that, I’ll have a full time job, and have to watch over this newborn little girl all by myself. Any advice or tips? Does it get easier being a single mom?

Wow, I can’t believe you are having to go through this. It is his child too, and he will need to watch your baby as well and help you out. How in the heck could a man leave his wife and unborn child? What has become of our society? I really don’t think people know what marriage really is. It’s not… “til whenever I don’t think it “works out”" It’s ’til DEATH do us part!”
Think of how you were brought up as a child by your parents
You know, it probably won’t get easier being a single mum but as long as you have your family supporting you, you should be fine. My Mum raised me, my sister and my two brothers all by herself and it’s been difficult for her but she had a lot of support when we were little.
Good luck with the remainder of your pregnancy and just do your best. I’m sure everything will be fine.
you will be fine! as for advice, stay positive!! remember that your caring for a helpless baby who is going to need you 100%! obviously your going to break down at one point as we all do and thats ok! just try to not let your child see that! you dont want your child getting older and wondering if they are the reason for your being unhappy!! as for newborns, try to sleep when ur baby does! Eat well!! and ask for help if you need it, from a friend, a family member or even a neighbor that you trust!! Theres nothing wrong with needing help from time to time!! Dont beat urself up and just remember they grow up soo fast! Enjoy it!! Once again..ask for help if you need it!!!! Good Luck..p.s. iv been a single mom for 3 yrs now and im still alive!
