   do you know where to find him? you can file through the court to get child support, but it can be a long process. a divorce might help things go faster, and in some states you can file under abandonment clause that can make it faster. but even with a court order it won’t be easy to get him to cough up the dough. good luck

   well go and apply for child support in your state. and tell them where
   he is at. if you don’t have the address they will still catch up with him and he will pay. this is federal and state. they will make him pay are go to jail.

   GO to court. The husband is supposed to give child support, if they don’t i think they have some kind of penalty.

   Go to a lawyer. File for an official separation, and an interim support order, pending divorce proceedings. Do not allow him to move on without finishing off the marriage properly.

   file a motion in court, to get the court to force him to pay for his Childrens Child SUPPORT !!!
