Concern by David Do: My Wife left me due to the fact she became depressed and now desires again. Need to I get her?
My wife and I had difficulties conceiving and failed at fertility. She never recovered from the depression and ultimately moved out. I later discovered that she had been viewing someone even though in counseling and has been seeing him considering that. She has had sex with him as nicely. Now she says she produced a blunder and would like to work issues out. We have no children but I should confess I even now have feelings for her. Must I try out to see if we can make it or just transfer on?

Best solution:

Reply by Dolly
I say give iet an additional go ONLY if she has finished all make contact with with the other guy.
A marriage is a treasured factor to just throw absent so if you’ve got got a 2nd likelihood, go for it. Only although if she breaks off all speak to with that jerk.
Inform her you would not dwell in an open up marriage.

Question by Trevor B: Should i get a “cheater” mouthpiece?
I am the first trumpet in my high school band and i was wondering if i should get a so-called “cheater” mouthpiece. i was considering a 5c, which is a slight upgrade from my 7c. My band director advised me to ask other people what they thought before i bought one. Any and all advice is appreciated. Thanks!!!

Best answer:

Answer by Derek S
Unless you are playing lead trumpet in a jazz band then there is no real need for a “cheater mouthpiece”. although I would suggest switching off of the 7c. I played on a 3c all through high school and never had any problems with anything I needed to play in concert band or marching band. The 3c gives you a richer and fuller sound in the upper register but is not considered a “cheater”. If you do get a cheater it should never be your primary mouthpiece because it messes with your stamina and actually makes your range smaller because your lips adapt to it. So have your primary mouthpiece for ordinary playing and if there is ever a time you need to hit the real high ones pull out the “cheater” consider it like caffeine. its good for a while but then it backfires on you.

Question by Jury: Should I type a facebook message to my brother in law?
He is a snake. Left his wife of 19 years and 5 children this year for a younger version of his wife (not kidding, hair, eye color, stature are the same – they could have been sisters.) Albeit this is not my personal business but it does offend me that he blatantly flaunts this lady around in front of his kids, who are hurting, and now posting pictures of her. What popped into my head at the time was,….looks like you have a younger version of Cindi there. I felt like just typing it and sending it and he can block me if he wants to. What bugs me the most is that his mother (yes, my mother in law) openly admits she knew about this “girlfriend” months before his wife did, and said nothing about it to anyone. She thinks her son can do no wrong and to anyone who speaks against him she curls up like a wilted flower and plays victim, exclaiming, “I am not dealing with this, you’re attacking me.” This is what she said when my sister in law asked her how she could still support him knowing what he did. Now I know how she would be if that were the case with me and my husband, Now she is coming to my home in two weeks ( visiting – we live out of state). I can’t believe I am having her in my house!!!!! EEEK!!! My husband invited her, I think I’ll be at work those few days she is here. Thanks for reading this if you took the time to.

Best answer:

Answer by Shane
Don’t ever do that unless there’s the consent of your hubby or better still it’s the account of your hubby you will be using. It’s not good at all since he’s doing it deliberately. Just focus on the wife and the children, help them adjust with the situations in any way you can. And about your mother-in-law just be civilized and do your thing unless your hubby request something for her to you.

Question by kittenchick22: Should I fight to keep my best friend’s friendship? (Even if his wife has a problem with it)?
I am a female who has a male best friend. We’ve been friends for 6 years. We met before either of us got into serious relationships, who both turned into marriage. We never had any problems until I moved 2 hrs. away and would talk to him frequently on my lunch break at work. His wife started bringing me up in their arguments saying “You give her advice, but when I want to talk you don’t listen to me!” So, since she would get upset he stopped bringing me up. Keep in mind that there is no emotional or physical attraction to each other, it is purely friendly conversation and giving each other advice. Well, she found out that we talked a lot from the phone bill and was upset. I decided to step out of their lives to give them time and space to work things out. I told her that I would never call again to calm her down. Three months have passed and I wanted to check in to see how they were doing. Plus, I wanted to share the news that I was expecting my first child. I called and left a message on their house phone without getting a response. I come to find out that she blocked my number and is upset that I called after I said I wasn’t. My question is: Should I drop the whole thing and disappear from their lives or should I have a right to fight for my friendship with my only best friend?

Question by Why does Glen Coco get 4 candycanes?: What should I do…………………?
So, I’ve wanted to go to a new school ever since I ENTERED High School. I hate my school; I just really dislike the people there.

My problem is, the few friends I do have there are practically begging me to stay. The problem is, one of them might be moving, the other (who will be a Senior next year) might be graduating early anyways sicne she has most of her credits already, and my other friend says her parents might homeschool her.

I have no idea how I would survive this school if none of them are there- because it’s a small school, and most people there are just… I don’t know, they’re all just in their own groups and never talk to anyone who isn’t like them.
I’m partly the problem, because I’m deadly shy and scared of people; everyone thinks I’m weird….. like, I’m a normal teenager around my friends and family, but in school I never talk (rarely anyways) and I just feel very uptight and afraid of people…. I don’t know how to explain it, but I just have social problems, in general, and everyone already knows it.

I want to go to a new school so I can start over. I want to be able to have a new attitude/personality, new clothes, better grades, etc. and I can’t DO this when I’m in the same school where people expect me to be the quiet shy weird girl who dresses like a slug.. (…..yeah, don’t ask, long day. o.O)

Anyways, if I recieve at least a C in every class, my parents will let me go to a new school.
And I don’t know why I should stay if all my friends are leaving anyways.

What do you think? Should I stay or just go to a new school?
I’ll be getting my license this summer, so I can drive myself to any school, to transportation won’t even be a problem.

My grandma, who works at the school, complains and says, “You only have 2 years left!”
Yeah, why should I spend my last two years in high school being miserable? I want my Junior and Senior year to be fun- go to football games, get a boyfriend, have a large group of friends, and just be normal.
I really want to start over again.

What do you think I should do?

Best answer:

Answer by hsfromthestart
Make a list of all the reasons you have for going to another school and a second list of all the reasons for staying. Often, when you do this, the best answer will be obvious when you compare the final lists.

If you are shy and have trouble meeting people or breaking into established groups, you will have trouble wherever you are unless you figure out a way to overcome those problems. My suggestion is to find a club (or clubs), or sport, or other activity to get involved in. Usually, kids who get involved in something that they find interesting, will find kids who have similar interests and are more likely to be friends. Plus, when you are doing something in the club, you’ll be forced to mingle with the others and get to know them even if you are shy. (And your personality won’t change just because the school changes. But if you *do* something besides being quiet and shy, it won’t matter how you dress, you’ll make friends.)

Good luck.

Question by Kelly: Should you stay out when your ex’s wife asks for help?
I dated this guy for a couple years, and the relationship ended like 10 years ago. It didn’t end well but well both of us have moved on with our lives, he has since married, and I’m engaged. I have no resentment or animosity towards him or his wife, I don’t know her very well and overall I wish them well.

During our relationship I became good friends with a friend of his, whom I’m still friends with and we work together (nothing happened between us – strictly platonic, he’s also married).

The mutual friend we have, I saw my ex’s wife made a comment on his facebook page. I was curious as to how my ex was (though I guess I could have asked our mutual friend but I don’t want to give the wrong impression that I’m after him – I’m not, I didn’t want to put him in the middle) so I glanced at his wife’s facebook page, no friend request just checked it out. But I noticed they had a fan page called “Stephanie and Jeremy want to adopt”. I’m an adoption advocate so I “liked” it, since there are so many kids out there who need a good home that don’t have one, despite our relationship having ended on bad terms I still think he’d be a good dad. I do foster care for kids and she had a post on there asking people about their experiences with foster care and adopting kids out of foster care. She asked the mutual friend about me, and he explained to her that while I wouldn’t be Jeremy’s (ex’s) first choice I had a lot of knowledge and could probably help them. So she emailed me with some questions, and I answered them. I gave her the ups and downs of foster care, told her of several agencies about adoption and pointed her towards a state website that has children on who are available for adoption. And also some other sites she and Jeremy may want to consider putting profiles on if they are hoping to get an infant. A friend of mine and his wife just adopted and infant so I recommended the place they went through and a few others. So I ended the email wishing them well, and then noted if they had any other questions don’t be afraid to ask.

Well I got this email today from my ex telling me I had no business doing that and I should have just left it alone because I gave too much info! She told me she was considering foster care too and I gave ideas of what to expect, because in most cases the end goal for foster care is that the children eventually go home to their biological parents and its very easy to get too attached to the kids, especially when you have them for a few years and got them when they were very young. I also mentioned that while the kids overall aren’t bad kids, they come from bad situations and broken homes otherwise they wouldn’t be in foster care and they act out a lot – its normal but it needed to be worked at consistently. I get kids who their parents are in prison, they have been abused physically, emotionally, sexually, I’ve had kids who have been raped by their own parents and explained it can be draining for the foster parent – but in the end its usually worth it.

So was I out of line to help her?

Best answer:

Answer by Aliciaa Fields
no ! it isnt your fault, she asked for it and you gave it to her, thats all there is to it
