i went into the hospital and my wife left shortly after that and only talked 2 her twice after that 4 months after. she moved 2 florida and i live in new jersey i want 2 move on now i have no love for her now. we had no children. i just want an uncontested divorce at not much of an expense. what to do?

If you want an inexpensive one, find her and ask her if she’s willing to sign one.
You can go to the library and get a standard divorce form and have her sign it in front of an attorney, or just a notery. Then you file it yourself. Will run you only a few hunded dollars.
Go onto your state website and they will have the forms to do. All you have to do is finish them, take them to the courthouse and have them stamped, and pay the fee. In some states they base the fee on your income (mine was $25). Then you go online and find a server in her area and you contact them and make arrangements to have her served. The court will give you a date to show up, you may have to go in 3 or more times, depending on how things progress. It can all be done by yourself. Just contact your courthouse if you need any answers on how to do it. The first and third links are probably the most helpful.

The easiest and often cheapest way to divorce is making it uncontested. Uncontested means you both agree to the divorce, if you are sure she will agree then you can do the divorce yourself (I used a document prep service for mine)
You would get the divorce papers prepared, file them and then serve your spouse a copy. If NJ law requires a court date, she may be required to attend (if she can’t it will be up to her to make other arrangements)
You will receive your final divorce decree by mail as soon as its processed by the court.
