You might want to try Ebay. It’s really easy to sell things on Ebay. But you will have to deal with shipping all the items too. Of course you would charge for the shipping as well.
As far as local stores, there are a lot of trendy thrift stores in the Houston area. For beginners, I would try Buffalo Exchange. Wear It Again Sam is another resale shop you might want to try. It’s in the Heights.

Go to the swapmeet, have a yard sale. Keep in mind she can sue you for the value of her clothe’s.
