  1. That’s a tough situation. This site has some helpful loan information. A personal loan might be what you need, but you should also look into some form of government assistance. Hope things work out for you! http://loan.divinfo.com/

  2. You need some debt counseling way more than you need a loan. A loan will just put you deeper in the hole.
And now that you’ve come on line asking for a loan at ANY interest rate, you are quite likely to receive a ton of scam offers that will cause you to lose even more money.
Please read the FTC website on loan scams before you accept a loan from some total scam artist. (link below). And look for debt counseling. Your credit score is too low to get a loan at any reasonable interest rate and getting a loan a 23% is just going to put you further in the hole.

  3. Have you applied for food stamps? Do you have a budget worked out. You need to put a little money to pay on each of your debts each month. Can you move in with someone to save on rent money. Do you have any relatives that can help you? Do you have a church you can go to for help? Are you a Christian? Have you tried prayer? Can you sell anything like a car or truck or furniture? The medical bill and lawyers bill can be paid just a little at a time. Have you met with them to work our a agreed upon payment plan? Maybe your daughters need to live with friends or relatives or someone in the local church for a few months until you get money out of your business. What about your mom and dad?

  4. Most doctors / hospitals will allow you to make payments as long as payments are made they will not hold it against you , the other bills owed will probably work with you as well you have to talk to them explain your situation , the lawyer will also do it ..they only want their money most do not care how they get it just as long as they get it ..no one gets out of debt by borrowing ..

  5. try to work out payment plans with docs and lawyer. try small business administration, see if they can help you out, even if it is for personal expenses rather than business doesn’t hurt to ask

  6. There are many great answers to your question, so I will only repeat what has been said. Don’t borrow….Count your blessings that you can’t get a loan because that is the worst thing you can do.
Pay off everything slowly, medical bills and lawyer fees can be paid off by the plans that were mentioned. Public aid and food stamps for your children will have them insured and fed. If you have a good job you can still get help with the insurance for your kids. Your credit score will only go up if you pay at least the minimum of everything. Getting a loan will only make your score go lower…..
My mother had 7 children and was single, I don’t know how she did it, but she did. Also you just have to budget and not spend more than you should. Start saving at least $25 per child through automatic deductions to your savings account.
Go to Aldis’s for food or grocery outlets. Pack your breakfast and lunch to work do not spend any money if its not necessary. You can live frugally and still take great care of your children and your debts. You will make it. (Plus kids are a great tax break!)
