Question by smoothsurvivor: What should i do… call police?
Okay so here’s the thing, my dad got married four years ago to a witch… she beat me three times and i moved to my moms… my mom last winter bought me a Gamecube (my mom doesn’t have a lot of money but it means so much to me) my dads wife and i recently got into a fight but this time i stood up for myself… my dad “left” her and now she has my gamecube, sims 2, 2 memory sticks, and the cords. im really P.O. i mean my mom bought me it and this devil thinks she can take it… i want to call the police but its been a month since she took it… what should i do? is it to late to phone the police? don’t know, i want my gamecube back from the evil conniving!
My dad and i have even argued about this… he has a lot of D.V charges from his previous relationship that if he even yells at his wife and she called the police he would go to jail. he has no back bone and wont do anything. which makes me even more frustrated.

sorry but I don’t think calling the police is the right choice…you should try talking to your dad about this…
What do you think? Answer below!

What you didn’t say is how she got it. If she acquired it by a crime, yes you should call the police. If she got it because Dad left it there, there is no crime. I recommend that you first talk to Dad, and then to the evil one, and try to get it back that way.
You can take her to small claims court “if she refuses” to return your stuff. You just need to prove that the items in her possession are yours. (i.e. receipts).
Cops can’t do anything for you. Your pretty much out of luck because I would suspect she has sold it for a pittance if she is strapped for money. It’s what some women like to do.
get her telephone number, and go to your local police station, and tell this exact same story to an officer, and ask the officer to please call the woman and ask her to drop it off at the police station
and say, you don’t want your mom involved in this matter,
and your dad well has the D.V’s to consider.
Go to the police and ask them to call her
